Daily activities include hiring and mentoring staff, managing performance, conducting discovery and design workshops, creating solution and integration designs, reviewing configuration deliverables, and guiding ERP integration patterns with systems like SAP, Oracle or NetSuite. About the Role Manager/Senior Manager, Technical Consulting – Agentforce & Revenue Cloud leads a team of Technical Consultants delivering enterprise‑scale migrations to Salesforce Revenue Cloud and designing/deploying Agentforce for revenue operations. The role is 50% billable, combining hands‑on technical architecture delivery with people leadership within Salesforce Professional Services Global Delivery Centre. Responsibilities People Leadership – manage up to 15 direct reports, hiring, onboarding, mentoring and performance management. Technical Delivery – act as Technical Architect for complex Revenue Cloud migrations, owning CPQ solution design, product catalogue, contract/subscription data, billing migration and Agentforce configuration. Migration Factory Contribution – drive Revenue Cloud and Agentforce track, ensure adherence to factory standards and quality gates. Trusted Advisor – serve as senior technical point of contact for CFOs, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations and Enterprise Architects. Workshop Leadership – lead CPQ discovery, pricing design, billing architecture and Agentforce design workshops. Solution Design Governance – review and approve solution design documents, CPQ configurations and billing migration strategies. Product Catalogue & Contract Migration Oversight – oversee migration of product hierarchies, bundles, pricing, contracts, subscriptions and billing history. Agentforce Leadership – guide design and deployment of Agentforce agents for quote‑assist, renewal, deal desk and automation use cases. ERP Integration Governance – oversee design and validation of ERP integration patterns (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for revenue recognition and GL posting.
