Responsibilities Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, data, product, AI, and other specialized functions. Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles. Build long‑term talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles. Champion diversity sourcing initiatives. Track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics. Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing. Requirements 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles such as software engineering.
