The role involves collaborating with engineering, product managers, and site reliability engineers to define and measure service level indicators and objectives. Responsibilities Build and maintain production reliability testing infrastructure and availability reporting. Define and measure uptime metrics such as correctness, availability, and latency (SLIs/SLOs). Develop, document, and execute SLI/SLO plans. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering teams to understand system interactions. Provide clear feedback and drive improvements in software development and reliability processes. Requirements Proven track record as a software engineer or similar role with experience in developing and maintaining distributed systems. Experience with automated testing and reliability measurement. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
