The role is remote and focuses on connecting strategy to execution across Professional Services, Technical Success, and Support. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategic programs from planning to execution for complex multi‑workstream Customer Success initiatives. Drive accountability across distributed teams by establishing program charters, success metrics, milestones, and governance frameworks. Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and commitments across cross‑functional teams to meet organizational goals. Apply data‑driven analysis to diagnose program health, manage risks, and recommend evidence‑backed course corrections. Create and drive program charters, RACI, OKRs, milestones, and executive readouts. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, business operations, or Customer Success/Services operations. Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional, multi‑workstream programs over multiple quarters. Ability to establish and run program governance including charters, KPIs, milestone plans, and risk management. Strong executive partnership experience supporting Director/VP/SVP stakeholders. Analytical rigor with a data‑driven decision‑making approach. Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI‑driven solutions.
