7-7 years experienceAbout the Role As a CX Trading Program Manager on the CX Programs team, you will own the end‑to‑end support experience for Coinbase’s trading products, bridging product teams and CX operations to reduce friction and drive retention. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of trading product domains, set program strategy, build multi‑quarter roadmaps, execute CX readiness for Tier 1 launches, partner with product teams for operational reviews, and deliver executive‑ready reporting. Requirements 7+ years program management, CX or product operations experience; 5+ years in trading, brokerage or financial services; proven track‑record with high‑value customer segments; ability to lead cross‑functional programs across 5+ teams; experience influencing Director+ stakeholders; proficiency in KPI/OKR frameworks and executive reporting; active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses; responsible use of generative AI.
