The Consumer Revenue Machine Learning team focuses on optimizing the platform's monetization surfaces, including the Shop, Nitro subscriptions, and gifting features. As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development of sophisticated ranking, targeting, and recommendation systems to enhance how users discover and interact with digital products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve architecting and deploying large-scale deep learning models, building robust ML infrastructure, and managing data pipelines that support personalized marketing and campaign optimization. This role requires a high degree of technical leadership, as you will be expected to drive org-wide initiatives, translate complex experiment results into actionable product roadmaps, and collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
