About the Role Commercial Graduate Trainee program lasting 12 months with four rotations (SDR, Account Management, Sales, Elective) and mentorship. Responsibilities Generate pipeline and qualify leads (SDR); support client meetings and identify upsell opportunities (Account Management); manage full sales cycle including negotiation (Sales); complete a project in Operations, Marketing or Customs (Elective); attend engineering sessions and build low‑code capstone project. Requirements Recent graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline; fluent in German and English; willing to relocate to Hamburg or Frankfurt; strong affinity for commercial roles; comfortable learning new tools and systems; no prior sales experience required; solution‑oriented, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and organised; basic knowledge of Salesforce and low‑code/no‑code tools. Eligibility Open to recent graduates (Bachelor's or Master's); must submit CV in English.
