Checkr provides an AI‑driven data platform that powers background verification for hiring, housing, gig work and other trust‑based decisions, serving over 100,000 customers including DoorDash, Coinbase, Lyft, Instacart and Airtable. The Process Improvement Specialist (listed as Process Design Specialist) evaluates existing operations and support workflows, using established process‑mapping techniques to spot gaps, redundancies and inefficiencies.
