full-timeRotational Development Program
Flexport · New York City, New York, United States
Flexport operates a technology‑powered global freight forwarding and logistics platform that helps companies move merchandise across international markets. The Rotational Development Program is an 18‑month, full‑time initiative that places participants into three six‑month rotations: Gateway Ops (air or ocean), Customs, and Sales/Account Management. Throughout each rotation, participants follow a concurrent AI and low‑code curriculum, gaining hands‑on experience booking shipments, managing exceptions, ensuring data integrity, navigating customs regulations, applying SQL and workflow automation, and engaging in client‑facing account management tasks. They also complete a capstone project where they identify a real business problem in their current function and build a tool or process fix to present to leadership. The program is suited for recent or soon‑to‑be graduates who want to develop expertise at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology, are curious about AI and low‑code tools, can work independently under pressure, and have a compliance‑first mindset for working in a regulated industry. Graduates typically move into roles such as Account Management, Automation Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering/Consulting, Sales Engineering, or traditional Ops/Sales/Customs tracks.
