Spotify is a global audio streaming platform that offers music and podcasts to millions of listeners. Within its Sales organization, the Revenue Growth team focuses on acquiring and retaining advertisers by turning data into actionable go‑to‑market programs. As a Senior Program Analyst in GTM Ops, you will work on the technical foundation that supports those programs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include building and maintaining internal tools, APIs, and data pipelines that feed reporting dashboards and seller‑facing applications. You will design ETL processes, create SQL‑based queries, and develop endpoints that power advertiser tools and provide the insights sellers need to act. Collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and sales operations partners is required to ensure the pipelines are reliable and the reports are timely. The role suits candidates with experience in data engineering, analytics, or sales operations who are comfortable working with large datasets, scripting languages such as Python, and BI or visualization tools, and who enjoy translating raw data into practical solutions that drive revenue growth.

Working within Spotify's broader data infrastructure, you'll build the team-specific tools, endpoints, and pipelines our programs depend on — the reporting that helps sellers act, the data feeds that power our advertiser tools, the pipelines that keep everything moving. Your work won't be abstract; it shows up directly in what the team ships and what sellers experience.
