The Support Specialist I role is a full‑time, remote‑based position in Vancouver, British Columbia, where the primary focus is delivering timely, considerate assistance to Brex customers through email, phone and chat. Day‑to‑day activities include resolving inquiries, becoming proficient with Brex’s product suite, crafting personalized responses, triaging incoming requests, identifying trends to share with the team, and feeding customer feedback to sales, engineering and operations to improve the product and support experience. The role also involves contributing to team goals, mentoring peers and helping maintain documentation. Ideal candidates are passionate about customer support, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate empathy and poise under pressure, are comfortable using AI‑enabled support tools, and can work flexible hours between 5 am and 8 pm PT. A bachelor’s degree, prior FinTech or customer‑facing experience, familiarity with AI service platforms, and a Series 7/63 license are viewed as pluses.

Comfort with AI tools in a support environment. Eligibility Bonus points: Bachelor's degree. FinTech experience preferred. Prior customer‑facing support experience. Series 7 and/or 63 securities license preferred.
