As a Staff Program Manager on the Chief Customer Officer’s team, you will own the execution of CCO‑level initiatives such as go‑to‑market transformation, renewal and retention motions, product‑feedback loops, and executive engagement with top accounts. Day‑to‑day work includes translating CCO direction into concrete workstreams with owners, dependencies, and timelines; coordinating senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement; surfacing stalled work and risks; recommending scope changes or program sunsetting when value is lacking; tracking decisions from executive meetings to completion; measuring program health against retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR outcomes; and building shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs. The role suits candidates with proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional strategic programs at the executive level, a background in customer experience, go‑to‑market, or revenue‑facing functions, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority while using data to drive outcomes.
