About the Role GitLab’s Enablement & AI organization supports the Public Sector team, building knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence for selling GitLab to Federal, State, Local, and Education markets. Responsibilities Develop and lead sales enablement programs for Public Sector customers and partners. Partner with field leadership to identify needs, create plans, and deliver customized content. Scope and build enablement content, including product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership programs. Collaborate with content and operations teams to create sales training curriculum and compliance-specific materials. Align enablement activities with product releases, campaigns, trade shows, and conferences. Leverage Salesforce, Clari, Claude, and other tools to train the Public Sector team. Develop job aids, supporting materials, and assessments for field effectiveness. Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness. Requirements Experience or familiarity with sales enablement, training, or related functions. Knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, Claude, and AI-driven tools. Understanding of public sector procurement cycles and compliance. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
