Requirements 5+ years technical sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in high‑growth tech. Proven success hiring senior, staff, principal engineers and engineering managers. Strong technical aptitude to understand complex engineering roles. Expert‑level proficiency with Boolean search, X‑ray, GitHub/repository mining, and creative talent identification. Ability to analyze market data and optimize sourcing approaches.
