Responsibilities Run press office day-to-day, proactively pitch stories, secure high‑impact coverage, build relationships with reporters and influencers, identify speaker and award opportunities, drive thought leadership programs, partner with Customer Marketing on customer stories, own research arm for quarterly and BFCM reports, organize events and panels, use AI tools to automate workflows. Requirements 8+ years relevant experience in public relations, communications or media relations, deep relationships with marketing, retail and commerce reporters, excellent writing and ability to craft pitchable narratives, experience partnering with executives on thought leadership, comfortable using AI tools, collaborative self‑starter mindset. Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
