Paytm is a fintech company that provides digital payments, banking and financial services to consumers and merchants. The VP – Chief Business Officer role is based in Germany (or Benelux) and involves leading the full business P&L for the assigned market. The position suits a senior leader with at least 15 years of experience in fintech, banking or financial technology, a proven track record of P&L ownership or country‑level management, an established local network among merchants, banks and payment stakeholders, and experience building and scaling commercial teams. Fluency in English is required, with German mandatory for the Germany role and Dutch/French advantageous for the Benelux role; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Requirements - Minimum 15 years of experience in fintech, banking or financial technology with proven business growth record. - Prior P&L ownership as Country Manager, Managing Director, Regional Head or similar senior role. - Strong understanding of local market ecosystem and established network among merchants, banks and payment stakeholders. - Experience building and scaling commercial teams in start-up or growth environments. - Fluency in English; German required for Germany role, Dutch and/or French highly desirable for Benelux. - Preferred: MBA or other postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
