Fresher-friendly, up to 2 yrsAbout the Role We are seeking a highly motivated early‑career professional to join us as a Workplace Experience Coordinator for a part‑time, one‑year fixed‑term contract in our Korea office. Responsibilities Drive office operations by coordinating workplace needs, managing resources and inventory, and partnering with facility providers. Champion employee experience through onboarding, workspace readiness, and team activity coordination. Provide administrative and EA support including visitor registration, meeting room logistics, and shipping. Support internal events and team engagement from planning through execution. Provide flexible cross‑functional support to evolving office and team priorities. Requirements 0‑2 years of experience in facility management or office administration preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Previous internship or experience in office environment, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Basic understanding of vendor coordination, event planning, or invoice tracking. Familiarity with Roblox platform and culture. Eligibility Open to candidates with a service‑oriented mindset, problem‑solving ability, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
